TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our travel agency services. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
All Reservations should be received by Genisis by mail to geenel@genisis.in All Payments should be made to Genisis by Cheque or by Credit card or by bank transfers or to the Foreign Exchange Company by Online transfer only. For all payment copy of pan card of the person paying for has to be submitted along with the payment. In case there is someone else paying for the traveller (eg. Son, daughter, father, mother, brother or sister only) they would have to provide their Aadhar card details.
Credit card payment may incur a bank charge of 3.0% extra.
It is necessary to intimate us with details of all direct bank transfers.

Genisis will honour all arrangements of inclusions as per the Itinerary given to you.
The tour should be paid in full, 40 days prior to the starting day of the tour. If full payment is not received by this date, Genisis reserves the right to cancel the reservation. If the reservation is made later than 40 days prior to the starting date of the tour, the reservation will be confirmed at the moment the full payment has been received.

An Advance payment of Rs. 50,000/- INR has to confirm services and complete balance payment to be done latest 40 days before start of the tour, failing which excess charges can be Levied.

Genisis has the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received as per the schedule. If the booking is cancelled due to the non-payment as per the schedule, cancelation charges if any plus a service charge of 25000/- will be levied.

RATES, TAXES AND TIPS

Please note that the rates are calculated in Indian Rupees and any fluctuation in foreign exchange rate for international tours will affect the price and the difference if any will be refunded or collected at the time of final payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY For Hotels and Tour Package

  • From 41 days prior to starting date – 50% of the total cost.
  • Within 41days no refund

For Air tickets

Once the Air ticket is issued no refund will be applicable

For Miscellaneous service

There may be services in the tour that are non-refundable and once such services are issued there will be no refund for those services at any point of time. Please check with us before registering for the tour the non-refundable part in the tour programme if any.

For Entire Package

All cancelations have to be sent in writing by e-mail to Genisis. The cancellation will only be valid once you have received a confirmation from Genisis that we have received your cancellation in writing. If there is a cancellation due to Pandemic, a service charge of INR 2000/- will be levied.

REFUNDS

In the case where a passenger has to leave the tour due to illness or other serious reasons, there will no refund applicable. Partially utilized services no refund. No refund for deviation from the tour voluntarily by the guest.

HOTELS

All the hotels have been selected because of their excellent services and on the review given by the users. We will not be responsible for any draw back or service issues from the hotel.

MEALS

Breakfast buffet is included at all hotels. If the clients have a very early flight on the last day, no refund can be given for breakfast not taken.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITIES

We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for: Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused; Any act, omission, default of any dependent
Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused. The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including wilful negligence on the part of any person. We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).

Triple Room does not necessarily mean Three Separate Bed, Triple Room can have One Double Bed + 1 Roll Away Bed OR Mattress on the floor.

COMPLAINTS

Although all efforts have been done to ensure that the services offered by our suppliers; the hotels, transportation companies and other contracted suppliers live up to our high standards and are in compliance with local laws and regulations, Genisis cannot be held responsible for any infringement or omissions by third parties.
Genisis cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries or losses caused by force majeure or by events outside our control such as strikes, flight cancelation and delayed flights. Genisis reserves the right to make changes in the tour which it deems to be in the best interest of the passengers.
In case of any reclamation, Genisis tour escort should be informed in order to solve the case immediately. In the unlikely event that the complaint cannot be settled on the spot, then the claim should be addressed to the agent or Genisis within 7 days after the end of the tour.
Any legal actions against Genisis shall be adjudicated in accordance with Indian law Under the Mumbai Jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Mumbai High Court and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai Only.
